Self-Massage for Digestion!

Here’s an easy self-massage routine that I like to teach my clients with digestive distress. It only takes a few minutes, and it feels GREAT! My favorite time of day to use this is first thing in the morning during a shower.


Always move with the direction of peristalsis: so, move from the lower right to upper right, across to upper left, down to lower left, and pause/hold/breathe at the end of each cycle.
